OK folks we need some help here. In order to submit the paperwork into the AMA we have to have a full Board of Directors. We are in need of a Secretary and a Referee (which used to be Sargeant at Arms). Both are sort of honorary titles for now until we can try to organize formal meetings which I am looking into doing through a chat room since we are all kind of spread all over the country. However, when the time comes Secretary will be responsible for keeping minutes of the meetings and for correspondance basically. Sargeant At Arms I believe is really just responsible for keeping order at the meetings. So, any volunteers for either post, speak UP!!
